Our customization service offers laser engraving. The engraving can be done on any part of the shaker body or any part of the wooden stand.

You can provide text, logo, and more.

Please note that complex designs, such as photographs or colored materials, CAN NOT be accommodated for this service.

1. Select any SOING cocktail set.
2. Choose the “✔️Custom” option.
3. Complete the checkout process.
4. Contact our customer service at support@soing.org, and provide your order number, contact information, and shipping address.
5. Our team will arrange for a designer to connect with you for customization.

Our customer service team will typically reach out to you within 24 hours after you place your order. You’re also welcome to contact us directly to discuss customization details.

When you select the “✔️Custom” option during your purchase, it means you would like to use our customization service. After selecting “✔️Custom” and completing checkout, please contact our customer service team at Support@soing.org

Send your customization requirements to our support email, and our team will arrange for a designer to create a personalized design for you.

Due to the nature of customized products, the shipping process will take approximately 30–40 days. Expedited orders are not accepted at this time.
